We participate in Highmark, Federal Blue & FPLIC

Most types of health insurance are accepted at my office but the most common insurance we see is Highmark. Highmark is the statewide Blue carrier while FPLIC is the regional NEPA Blue policy. Just a few years ago Federal Blue policies began covering Chiropractic which has made it easier for our Tobyhanna Army Depot patients to access Chiropractic services. Also, many patients have Blue Shield Blue Cross policies issued by other state blue carriers that cover our services.

All Blue policies generally offer good comprehensive coverage for spinal adjustments, adjunctive therapies, xrays and office visits. Of course, limitations, deductibles and copayments vary in each policy. There are some patients that have excellent coverage with no deductible and a small $5 or $10 copay, but policies vary. In Northeastern Pennsylvania, some patients are able receive 12 visits per year while others have unlimited Chiropractic care available. We recommend that you bring in your insurance card on your first visit so that our experienced staff can verify and explain your Chiropractic benefits to you.
